TFC on Enough Cowbell
It’s nice when the monthly emails get picked up by the music blogging community. Aaron at Enough Cowbell posted the LCD cover here. He also reviewed the last EP. Thank you, Aaron.
The TFC name change threw him though:
I was just confused when Sam Jacobs decided to go by the moniker Lipstik and then abruptly changed his name again, to The Flying Change.
I’ll email him with the background. Long story short: Lipstik was confusing, loaded with association and a remnant from a different period of my life. Felt like time for a change. A flying one at that. And I needed to take my Henry Taylor with me.
Which reminds me: the lyrics I wrote for the Lipstik tune ‘The Fuck Off’ really are great. You should peep that tune if/when you have a moment. I think it’s on iTunes.
